We want to build the next layer of computing across TPUs, GPUs, and living neurons. Our long-term goal is hardware: an integrated chip that combines a GPU with a neuron chip, bringing silicon and biological computation into one system.
Build the loop.
Then the hardware.
We’re starting with one workspace for researchers and developers to connect applications to wetware, run closed-loop experiments, record what happened, and compare results. By bringing application code, hardware interfaces, timing, recording, and evaluation together, we want to make the full development loop usable as we work toward integrated hardware.
